Walnut halves, ½ cup Sugar, ¼ cup Mixed greens, 3 cups Dried cranberries, ½ cup Gorgonzola cheese, ½ cup crumbled Raspberry vinaigrette, 1 tablespoon White vinegar, 1 tablespoon Olive oil, 1 tablespoon Put walnuts and sugar in a skillet over medium heat, and stir constantly until the sugar dissolves into a light brown liquid and the walnuts are coated. Remove walnuts from the skillet, and spread them out on a sheet of aluminum foil to cool. Break down larger pieces of walnuts into smaller ones. Mix the mixed greens, cranberries, cheese, vinaigrette, vinegar, and olive oil in a large salad bowl. Toss gently and put the candied walnuts on the top.
